Medical disclaimer

DRAFT for review by a lawyer. Not final. Version 1, October 2026.

Nuskha is a documentation and record-keeping tool for doctors. Its intended use is to record patient details, write down the prescription the doctor has decided on, turn it into a printed or shared daily plan for the patient, and keep track of follow-up visits.

Nuskha does not:

The starter medicine list, templates and phrases are aids for writing. The doctor decides every medicine, dose, timing and duration, and is responsible for checking every prescription and plan before it is given to a patient. The patient's daily plan is made from what the doctor wrote; if it does not match the doctor's intention, the doctor must correct it before giving it.

Hindi and Marathi wording on plans comes from a fixed, reviewed phrase list, not machine translation. Medicine names always stay in English, as on the pack.

Nuskha is not a medical device and is not a substitute for clinical judgement.
